Responsabilidades
- Channel & Partnership Development — Focus on telecom operators and Communication Service Providers (CSPs) across key APAC markets; proactively build and maintain a diversified, stable, and high-performance international telecom resource network. Maintain ongoing communication with partners to establish and strengthen long-term strategic collaborations.
- Procurement Negotiation & Cost Control — Lead negotiations with APAC suppliers on pricing, commercial terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); balance cost-effectiveness with profit margins to secure optimal conditions. Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics, adjust procurement strategies accordingly, and control overall sourcing costs.
- Supplier Management & Risk Mitigation — Build and optimize the APAC supplier database; implement classified management and dynamic performance evaluation covering service quality, delivery reliability, and compliance. Draft, review, and archive contracts while supervising their execution. Identify and mitigate compliance, operational, and cooperation risks; develop and implement effective contingency plans.
- Demand Coordination & Business Support — Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align procurement resources with business needs (voice, SMS, data transmission, etc.). Work with Technical teams on supplier onboarding, product testing, and quality assurance to ensure services meet required standards.
- Market & Industry Insight — Monitor APAC cloud communications policies, technology trends, and the competitive landscape; gather supplier intelligence and market benchmarks to support procurement strategy refinement and contribute to product innovation.
Requisitos
- Experience & Industry Knowledge — Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, channel management, account management, or routing operations within the telecom or cloud communications industry. In-depth understanding of the market practices and partnership models of telecom operators in key APAC countries/regions. Familiarity with procurement processes, cost structures, and quality evaluation standards of core cloud communication products (e.g., Voice, Messaging, DID Numbers, WhatsApp Business, eSIM, APIs).
- Competencies & Attributes — Excellent data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Willingness and ability to undertake short-to-medium term business trips within the APAC region.
- Language Requirements — Professional proficiency in English (primary working language). Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
- Eligibility — Must possess valid work authorization in the local jurisdiction.
