CCaaS Cloud Contact Center Platform Developer

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of our next-generation cloud contact center (CCaaS) platform, including the architecture, development, and continuous optimization of core service modules.
- Develop core contact center capabilities, including ACD, IVR, CTI, intelligent routing, agent management, call control, and media service integration.
- Develop high-performance, highly reliable cloud-native microservices in Go, including APIs, real-time communications, and business logic services.
- Contribute to distributed architecture design and platform stability, addressing performance and reliability challenges in high-concurrency, large-scale multi-tenant, and multi-region environments.
- Contribute to the security architecture of the cloud contact center platform, including tenant isolation, authentication, access control, and data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in the contact center/CCaaS cloud industry.
- Strong understanding of contact center systems, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: ACD/IVR/CTI, intelligent or skills-based routing, agent management, call recording, or contact center operations platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SIP protocols and real-time communication technologies, including SIP, RTP, WebRTC, TCP/IP, HTTP, and WebSocket.
- Experience with one or more communications platforms or components, such as FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SBC, RTP Engine, or Media Server.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MySQL/MongoDB, and distributed storage.
- Experience developing large-scale enterprise contact center platforms, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, or high-concurrency real-time communication systems is preferred.
- Experience developing, integrating, or customizing solutions based on Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, NICE, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.
